PRE-HIRE AND WORKFORCE TRAINING FOR OTHER AGENCIES

As an active American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider, More Healing Care LLC offers eligible training programs through appropriately certified instructors using current program materials. Available training may include:

● Client or authorized-representative contact information
● Medicaid, private-pay, insurance, care-coordination, program, or authorization information when applicable

The agency may review service-area fit, requested support, staffing availability, caregiver readiness, supervisor capacity, schedule compatibility, safety considerations, authorization status, payer or program requirements, service-plan fit, documentation needs, confidentiality, and authorized non-medical scope.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee acceptance, staffing, schedule availability, payer or program approval, authorization, immediate assignment, or continued service. Review comes before confirmation so expectations remain clear for everyone involved.

MEDICAID, PRIVATE PAY, AND OTHER PAYMENT PATHWAYS
Families should not have to guess where to begin because payment or authorization involves more than one party. More Healing Care LLC accepts Medicaid-funded services through its approved DHS–DRS Home Services Program homemaker pathways when the customer, service, authorization, and assignment meet applicable requirements.
The agency also accepts private-pay inquiries and may review other payer or benefit pathways.
● Medicaid-funded DHS–DRS HSP homemaker services, including authorized pathways for eligible Persons with Disabilities, HIV/AIDS waiver customers, and Brain Injury waiver customers
● Private pay for clients and families arranging services directly
● Private or long-term-care insurance when the policy and service arrangement can be reviewed
● Managed-care or care-coordination pathways when applicable
● VA-related benefits or authorizations when applicable
● Other payer, program, or service-authorization arrangements presented for review
Acceptance of a payer inquiry is not the same as confirmed coverage or authorization. Before services begin, the agency may need to verify eligibility, agency participation, benefit or authorization status, approved service categories, units or hours, service dates, documentation rules, EVV requirements, billing instructions, non-duplication requirements, client responsibility, and whether the requested tasks fit the agency’s authorized non-medical scope.
Medicaid eligibility does not automatically authorize More Healing Care LLC to begin services. Private insurance and long-term-care insurance policies vary.
VA-related and other program pathways may require separate approval, contracting, authorization, or documentation.
Private-pay services require administrative review and an executed service arrangement before care begins.
A payer, benefit, referral, or authorization never expands the agency’s scope beyond authorized non-medical home services.
Coverage, eligibility, authorization, and reimbursement decisions are controlled by the applicable payer or program and cannot be guaranteed by More Healing Care LLC.

More Healing Care LLC is accepting inquiries from new clients, families, and authorized representatives seeking dependable non-medical assistance at home.
